Class

Following the completion of our renovations, FTC will be expanding its offerings to include comprehensive Athlete sports programming during evenings and weekends. These programs are designed to cater to various sports interests and skill levels, providing Athletes with unique opportunities to develop, improve, and ultimately excel in their chosen sports.

Skill/Technical Training

Our sport-specific group training sessions focus on enhancing technical abilities in sports such as soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions aim to improve fundamental skills and overall performance, ensuring that participants gain a competitive edge in their respective sports.

Skill/Technical + Fitness Combo Training

These classes integrate sport-specific skill development with general fitness training, promoting both athletic proficiency and physical health. Participants engage in drills that enhance their abilities in a particular sport while also focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. This holistic approach ensures well-rounded athletic development and encourages a healthy lifestyle.

FTC will also offer GO Training (Girls Only) in both sport-specific category types listed above

League Play

FTC expects to host organized futsal-style league play during the year. Emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and strategic growth, these leagues are tailored to different age groups and skill levels, providing a platform for participants to apply their training in real-game scenarios.

Rental Time for Teams and Organizations

When available, FTC provides rental opportunities for teams and organizations seeking quality facilities for practice sessions or special events. Our state-of-the-art amenities are suitable for a wide range of sports and activities, ensuring a quality environment for athletic development and community engagement.
