Brandon brings a diverse athletic and coaching background to Frederick Training Center, combining his experience in football, strength training, and performance coaching. Born and raised in Germantown, MD, Brandon played high school football at Clarksburg High School (Class of 2008) before continuing his athletic and academic journey at Shenandoah University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Minor in Kinesiology (2013).

Passionate about developing athletes, Brandon has worked as a Group Exercise Fitness Coach at GoPerformance (2014-2016) and Soldier Fit (2021), helping individuals build strength and endurance. He has been a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Sarge Athletics (2021-2025), where he played a key role in enhancing athletic performance for youth and high school athletes. He is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach, bringing a science-based approach to movement, injury prevention, and power development.

In addition to his work in strength and conditioning, Brandon has made an impact in football coaching. He served as the JV Head Coach at Rockville High School (2022) before moving up to the Varsity Offensive Pass Game Coordinator & Quarterbacks Coach (2023). In 2024, he took on the role of Head Varsity Football Coach at Clarksburg High School, returning to lead his alma mater's program.

Brandon's experience as both an athlete and coach fuels his commitment to helping individuals maximize their athletic potential, whether on the field or in the weight room. At Frederick Training Center, he applies his expertise in strength training, functional movement, and athletic performance to help athletes reach their peak.
