He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University and is certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Speed & Agility Specialist (CSAS) by the National Strength Professional Association (NSPA).

J.C.'s professional journey includes strength and conditioning apprenticeships with the New York Yankees and San Diego Padres, where he gained insight into professional sports performance. He further honed his expertise as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with Ohio State Football, working alongside top-tier coaches to develop Division I athletes. His training experience spans youth, collegiate, and professional levels, with past roles at Sarge Athletics, D-Bats Sports Performance, and No Limit Sports Performance, where he designed individualized and group training programs for athletes and general fitness clients.

What sets J.C. apart is his personal journey of overcoming a significant back injury and surgery at age 18, giving him a deep understanding of rehabilitation and rebuilding strength. His training philosophy prioritizes safe, effective movement patterns, progressive programming, and mental resilience, helping athletes and general fitness clients achieve long-term success.
