Isabelle brings collegiate, professional, and high-level playing experience to Frederick Training Center, where she specializes in strength training, athlete development, and soccer performance. A former FC Frederick youth player, she came through the FTC (formerly Sarge Athletics) Athlete program, training under Josh Hosey, where she built the foundation that helped her excel at the collegiate and professional levels.
A standout midfielder, Isabelle was a four-year varsity player and team captain at Urbana High School, where she helped lead the team to a Maryland State Championship in 2016. She then played four years at George Washington University, serving as team captain in 2022 and earning Team MVP honors in 2021. She started nearly every match throughout her collegiate career, logging some of the highest minutes on the team and helping GWU reach the Atlantic 10 Championship Finals in 2019. In 2023, she transferred to the University of Colorado as a graduate student, where she helped CU return to the NCAA Tournament.
Following her collegiate career, Isabelle played professionally in Austria in the fall of 2024, gaining international experience and further refining her skills at the professional level.
Alongside her soccer career, Isabelle excelled academically, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Growing up in a soccer-driven family, Isabelle understands the demands of the sport at its highest levels. Her three brothers—Jackson (USL - Richmond Kickers), William (MASL - St. Louis Ambush), and John Andrew (MASL - St. Louis Ambush)—have played professionally, reinforcing her deep knowledge of elite training, competition, and performance development.
At Frederick Training Center, Isabelle applies her professional experience, leadership, and firsthand understanding of player development to help athletes build strength, refine their skills, and prepare for high-level competition. Her passion for mentorship and player growth makes her an invaluable resource for athletes looking to elevate their game.
