After the huge success of the Frederick Training Center’s Labor Day Challenge — which brought together nonstop energy, and one of the most fun community-wide workouts FTC has ever hosted — we’re closing out the year with another can’t-miss event:
The FTC Holiday Challenge

Get ready for a festive, high-energy team competition built in the same format that made the Labor Day Challenge such a hit. Expect camaraderie. Expect sweat. Expect fun. And expect to finish 2025 feeling stronger than ever!
THE HOLIDAY CHALLENGE
Participants will move through all four FTC training zones in our signature FABSS style (Fitness, Agility, Balance, Strength & Speed):
• Zone 1: Strength & Conditioning 1
• Zone 2: Strength & Conditioning 2
• Zone 3: Warmup, Stretching, and Mobility
• Zone 4: Cardio/Fitness
This is a Competition-Style Team Event with four people per team, and up to two FTC members per team. Teams will rotate through stations, keeping one teammate on a cardio machine at all times, while battling through challenges such as bodyweight movements, medicine ball stations, sled pushes, and holiday-themed twists to keep things fun. Competition Specs:
• 40 minutes of work
• 22 teams max (88 participants total)
• Entry Fee: $25 per person — includes an event t-shirt

• Friends & Family: Experience FTC in an upbeat, team-based environment.

The Labor Day event sold out quickly — with teams raving about the format, the atmosphere, and the shared sense of accomplishment. Expect the Holiday Challenge to fill up fast as well.

2. After registering in fitDegree, participants must fill out this Google Form to select their t-shirt color: CLICK HERE!
3. Finally, TEAM CAPTAINS must also submit their roster through the Team form: CLICK HERE! Don’t have a team? No problem — just note that on the Google form and FTC will help place you.
