Frederick Training Center (FTC) is excited to announce a special FABSS GO Lacrosse Program exclusively for Urbana High School girls lacrosse players this winter! This program is part of FTC’s GO Series, where GO stands for Girls Only—a training environment intentionally designed to support, empower, and develop female athletes.
Girls Only means athletes train alongside peers facing the same physical, developmental, and competitive demands. It creates a space where players feel supported, coached to their strengths, and confident pushing themselves without comparison to male counterparts whose strength and growth patterns differ. The GO environment consistently produces higher engagement, stronger cohesion, and faster athletic improvement.
